Purpose and publisher
JBStock is published by Mouhssine jaiba, reachable at mohsinjaiba@gmail.com. These terms describe use of the desktop application and its optional Google Drive backup feature. Any separate licence or purchase agreement supplied with your copy also applies.
User responsibilities
Use JBStock only for activities and data you are authorised to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy of entered information, user access rights, document settings and compliance with obligations applicable to your activity. Available document templates do not constitute personalised tax or legal advice.
Backups and keys
Keep your portable decryption key securely and separately from backups. Loss of the key can prevent recovery of encrypted archives. Verify your backup arrangements and retain an independent copy. A successful Google connection alone does not mean a backup has been uploaded: check the confirmed transfer status and file in Drive.
Google Drive service
Google Drive is optional and requires an authorised Google account, Internet access, available storage and consent. Automatic copying requires JBStock to remain open with an authorised local session. Network failures, storage limits, revoked authorisations or Google account policies may interrupt transfers. Disconnecting preserves existing files. Google services remain governed by Google's terms.
Current scope and support
Local operation does not require Google Drive. The current Drive integration uploads encrypted backups; it does not provide in-app remote download or direct restoration from Drive. These pages do not guarantee Google approval, uninterrupted service or compatibility with every account. For support, contact mohsinjaiba@gmail.com without sending passwords, access tokens or backup keys. Changes to these terms will be dated and published on this page.
